It’s cold out….Let’s have a BBQ!!!

Roger Sherman and The District Pit are back for a series of BBQ wine lunches, with his smoked specialties paired with wines from our Family of Wineries.

Pair our wines with BBQ specialties from our friends at District Pit BBQ

Start with a welcome, seasonal inspired Mimosa. From there, you’ll be taken to your table, and greeted with some nibbles to whet the appetite.

As you settle in, we will bring you a BBQ brunch combination plate with Beef Brisket, smoked chicken thighs, Pulled Pork, a mess of classic and dessert. Each meat smoked with specific woods–accentuating flavor. The way we are particular about wood barrels, Roger and his team are particular about which wood to use to smoke each item. That is what made him know as the best at what he does in the DMV.

With lunch, we have a trio of wines from Pearmund Cellars, Vint Hill and Effingham, paired specifically for the menu.

Lunch is $55 per person, and includes the meal, wines, and education.

Two seatings are offered, 12:00pm and 2pm.
