Join us for a one-of-a-kind culinary journey at the Ovoka Farm Table! Experience the first edition of our “Global Meets Local” tasting dinner series, where Resident Chef Ellie McMillen will present a three-course meal inspired by the flavors of Japan, at Historic Ovoka Farm.

This special evening pays homage to the roots of our Wagyu beef, which hails from Japan, and is raised right here on our farm in Paris, VA. The menu stars our signature Ovoka F1 Wagyu beef and will be accompanied by local Virginia ingredients and Japanese flavors, blending global traditions with local flare for a unique farm-to-table experience. Each course will be served at the community table and paired with a thoughtfully curated selection of wines.
