A 250-acre field events center and steeplechase course, Great Meadow is part of an effort to preserve open space for community use. This events center hosts a myriad of events from the Virginia and International Gold Cup steeplechase races to weddings, all set within these rolling hills in the heart of Virginia’s Piedmont Hunt Country.

Home to various equestrian events, including Virginia Gold Cup in May of each year, International Gold Cup in October of each year, Twilight Polo each Saturday night from Memorial Day through mid-September, and international-level equestrian events.
