Start the new year with fresh air, open pastures, optional wine tastings, and a deeper connection to where your food comes from.

Join us for a 1.5-mile round-trip guided hike up Paris Mountain, offering sweeping views of the farm and surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. Along the way, our team will share the story of Ovoka Farm, our heritage F1 Wagyu cattle, and our role as stewards of the land—balancing history, conservation, farming, and agritourism.

Following the hike, return to The Beeferie -our farm store and tasting lounge- for a tasting of local wines made by the winemaker behind Ovoka Farm Winery’s upcoming releases. The Eaterie will be open, featuring Ovoka F1 Wagyu burgers and additional farm-inspired offerings available for purchase.

Our tours operate rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly for hiking. In the event of extreme weather, the tour will be adjusted to an equivalent Ovoka Farm experience that maintains the spirit, education, and tastings of the tour.
